  • Pickled cucumber marinade (brine) – 100 ml;
  • Green apple – 1 pc.;
  • Medium pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs.;
  • Sweet onion – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Green onions – 40 grams;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper – 1 pinch.

Preparation:

  1. We thoroughly rinse all the root vegetables from the soil, because we will cook them with their skins on. Fill with cold water and set to cook. After boiling, salt well. Are you ready? Drain the liquid, let it cool, then peel the skin and cut the pulp into neat slices. If the potatoes stick, wet the knife with ice water;
