Ingredients:

  • canned corn - 1 jar,
  • eggs – 2 pcs.,
  • crab sticks – 1 standard package,
  • mayonnaise - for dressing.

Cooking process:

If you bought the crab sticks frozen and not chilled, place them on the table, let them sit for a while and defrost naturally. When they have become soft and you can’t feel the ice when pressed, set the eggs to boil. I'm sure everyone remembers how to do it correctly. Although, just in case: put the eggs in a saucepan, pour cold water, throw in a pinch or two of salt and put it on high heat. After the water has boiled, cook for 7 minutes - no more, otherwise you will overcook them and they will lose their taste: the white will become rubbery, the yolk will turn green-gray.

Remove the packaging from the crab sticks and cut crosswise into small slices. It’s more convenient to collect them in a pile and cut them in one fell swoop. Transfer to a bowl.
