For certain types of work, a building permit is not required. Whether your organization needs SRO approval can be determined by reading the list below.

These types of work do not require SRO approval for two reasons:

  • if they are carried out at simple objects and NOT carried out at particularly dangerous, technically complex and unique objects.
  • if these works, in principle, do not relate to capital construction. The list of types of work related to capital construction can be found in Order 624 of the Ministry of Regional Development dated December 30, 2009. Types of work NOT related to cap. construction listed on this page are compiled “from the opposite direction”, referring to order 624 and are not prescribed anywhere in the legislation.

The price list presented on the website allows customers to calculate the approximate cost of plumbing work. Its main feature is reasonable prices for all types of services. By contacting the Service Leader portal, you can install or replace even the most complex equipment with financial benefit for you.

Plumber services are among the most in demand, and not only in Moscow. Over the past decade, there has been a sharp increase in the number of major repairs in new buildings and secondary housing. In addition, the faucets from time to time begin to require replacement of the cartridge, the shower head begins to leak through the hose, and water does not drain well from the sink or bathtub.

Why customers choose specialists from our resource:

  • budget price – affordable to most residents of the city and region;
  • qualification level – we register only professionals;
  • good reviews - you can read them on every page.

We offer, perhaps, the most favorable price list in the region. You can order plumbing services from us, guaranteed, cheaper than on other sites. Consistently low prices for work are the main feature of our price list: in 2019, craftsmen work at 2018 prices. It is important for us that our customers know that our products are inexpensive.

Work permits

As stated earlier, you won't need a permit to fix a leaky faucet, clear clogged drains, or even replace old bathroom sinks and faucets. In these cases, you do not change the main location of communications, water supply or drain (sewer) pipes. However, you will need a permit if you are building a new structure, changing its size or location, improving water flow or pressure, converting one system to another, or eliminating an existing structure.

The first thing you should do is check with your local planning or permitting department. Next, you need to develop a detailed work plan. Most planning departments require a description of the major works, their estimated costs and a diagram. Next, you should pay the duty based on estimated cost works The smaller the volume of work and its cost, the lower the duty will be.

The planning or permitting departments can provide you with information about standards, services, licensed plumbers, etc. Obtaining a permit will take some time, ranging from a few minutes to a couple of weeks, depending on the type and complexity of the work and the completeness of the information you provide.

Rice. 2.1. The building permit must be visible from the street

Rice. 2.2. After the first stage of plumbing work has been completed, a tag is hung at the work site

Rice. 2.3. Walls are closed after inspection

Rice. 2.4. Pipes are cut to allow mounting brackets to be installed

Once the permit shown in Fig. 2.1, you attach it in such a way that it can be seen from the street. Acceptance of some works is carried out in stages. Label with inspection results in Fig. 2.2 means that preliminary plumbing work have been approved, and builders can move on to the next stage of work, which is installation various connections and shut-off valves for plumbing fixtures, and then to closing the walls, as follows from Fig. 2.3. Also at this stage, pipes are shortened and mounting brackets are installed for attaching toilets and other fixtures, as shown in Fig. 2.4.

The attitude of inspectors (both for construction and plumbing work, depending on the type of work and territory) during the inspection is quite loyal. They, of course, will never approve work that clearly violates the standards, but in matters that are not covered in the standards, they can act at their discretion. Thus, many standards require the installation of the same type of pipes in the house (for example, copper). However, owners of some older homes that originally had galvanized pipes installed may wish to replace sections of rusted pipes with plastic or copper. In this case, the inspector may approve this replacement, but only if the dimensions, length and other characteristics of the new pipes meet the standards. Some standards allow the use of several types of pipes.

Easiest to approve Construction Materials, which are sold by established suppliers in your area. Most sellers will be happy to advise you on what to use and will also provide information about the inspections that take place.

You must pass the test so that you can then safely connect and use water or other utilities. If you do not pass the test, but there are no obvious violations of standards, you can file an appeal. However, it is better to do everything in accordance with the standards.

Bath.
Acrylic bath Installs quickly and keeps warm. Thanks to soft material can be created different shapes baths. A Jacuzzi system is connected to acrylic bathtubs. Caring for such baths requires careful care. A cast iron bathtub retains heat very well. Durable in use. The shapes of metal bathtubs are the most simple, but in terms of cost cast iron baths expensive.
Steel ones have a lower price than cast iron bathtubs. Such baths do not retain heat enough and are noisy when filled. Manufacturers eliminate this drawback by offering sealing with a variety of seals from the bottom.

The first thing that is definitely worth noting is that work that does not require a designated permit is, first of all, work that does not make any constructive changes to the construction site. What kind of work could this be? The most popular options are the installation of roofing coverings, external and interior work etc.

But it is extremely important to remember: work that does not require work goes hand in hand with work that clearly requires such permission. The most striking example is the installation of water pipes. Thus, internal work on installing a sewerage system inside a house can be carried out without permission, but cutting into an external water supply system (which simply cannot be avoided during the construction process) is no longer possible without the permission of self-regulatory organizations.

What exactly does not require permission?

Here is a list of popular construction work, for which admission is not required, but questions about which are most often encountered:

  • interior work (primarily finishing);
  • installation of internal partitions;
  • plumbing work;
  • superficial internal repairs (often called cosmetic);
  • installation sewer system(indoors);
  • ventilation system installation
  • heating system installation;
  • painting construction site fences;
  • installation of PVC windows;
  • work with stone structures;
  • work with wooden structures;
  • roofing;
  • landscaping works;
  • installation of telephone lines;
  • work with the facade of the building;
  • work on installing heat meters;
  • dismantling work with low-rise buildings;
  • working with asphalt products;
  • production of building materials.

How not to make a mistake?

But what can you do in order not to be mistaken about whether a permit is needed for a particular type of work or not, because sometimes it can be quite difficult to determine this? Firstly, the question should be answered: are there any structural changes to the construction project? Secondly, it is worth focusing on the legislation in force in this matter, namely, order number 624. Here are the main features of working with this document:

1. Regarding work that relates to the most common construction projects:

  • if you still found it, but there is an asterisk next to the designated species, the conclusion should be the same - most likely it is not needed;
  • if you see a specific construction activity in the list, but there is no asterisk next to it, then permission is needed;

2. Regarding particularly dangerous construction sites:

  • if you don’t see the type of activity you need on the list, then most likely you don’t need permission to do it;
  • if you still find it, but there is an asterisk next to the designated species, then most likely it is needed;
  • If you see a specific construction activity on the list, but there is no asterisk next to it, then permission is definitely needed.

And one more point: in frequent cases, when, in the opinion of the customer, a permit is needed for the work you are performing, but in fact it is not, you can:

  • provide the customer with a written explanation based on the provisions of current legislation;
  • in some cases, you can send a request to the Ministry of Regional Development asking for clarification on this issue (if you can find similar answers from the ministry sent to another construction company, you can quite use them).

But the best option- This is to seek advice from experienced specialists. In everything related to self-regulatory organizations and their approvals, we are true professionals and will definitely help you.
