This project of a one-story residential building with a sauna is designed for a family of 3-4 people. Convenient layout, high-quality and harmless building materials - all this allows you to build individual housing of the highest quality.

With a house under one roof is one of the most popular today construction projects. This is due to the functionality of the structure itself, because who doesn’t want to enjoy and relax in their own bathhouse after a hard day, feel the tenderness of the steam and the aroma of herbs. As a rule, a bathhouse is built separately from a residential building, because it needs individual system communications. But it often happens that you really want to have a bathhouse, but land plot does not allow this. The way out of this situation would be to have a house under one roof.

This approach also has economic benefits, because with such a project you can save on building materials. A properly developed project of a single complex allows you to live in a house with increased comfort and at the same time enjoy wellness treatments in the bathhouse. This house has a special design that fits perfectly into. It is also filled with comfort. Only real professionals who will take into account all the requirements of the owner of the site can create a complete complex.

Options for home and bathhouse under one roof

A house with a bathhouse under one roof can be built in two ways: initial construction of the entire complex and in quality with an existing building.

The second option is more common, because, as a rule, many people first build a house and only then decide to use a bathhouse. With this design Special attention worth paying attention to:

  • ventilation system. A bathhouse is high humidity, which contributes to the destruction of the construction site. The right design will help avoid these troubles;
  • waterproofing. The room must be able to dry and ventilate. This is worth taking into account, since in the future high humidity can become a real disaster;
  • where to build an extension. Experts recommend using for this kitchen wall. With this approach, you can set single stove, and the bathhouse will dry out much faster;
  • design and sewerage systems.

When constructing a single complex, it is necessary to create unified communications. Electricity and ventilation shafts will also be part of the structure.

Types of combining a bathhouse with a house

A bathhouse with a residential building can be combined in different ways. When creating an initial project, many provide for the construction bath complex on the first floor. This is the simplest decision, but it should be taken at the design stage of the building. An extension to the finished structure is also possible. The bathhouse is simply attached to the house. The complex itself has its own four walls, but the roof is extended.

And the simplest and most popular extension option - a bathhouse with a house has common wall and the roof. This solution is the most optimal in terms of installation. The main problem in such construction is the presence of different entrances to the house and the bathhouse. In summer it is completely unnoticeable, but in winter time For many it becomes a real disaster. Solving this problem is very simple. You just need to go to the entrance to the bathhouse, which will become a link between the two rooms.

The cost of such a project will be slightly different, but everyone will appreciate the convenience and comfort that it will bring. There are standard projects for the construction of a single complex. But it is also possible to make a project, observing the individual requirements of the site owner. Standard projects are more popular today, because creating an individual plan requires time and additional funds.

Initial construction of a bathhouse and a house under one roof

When building a bathhouse and a house, you should approach the choice of project with full responsibility. An excellent solution such a question, planning will be entrusted to real professionals, because they:

  • will inspect the site where construction is planned, make all the necessary measurements and studies;
  • will develop a project, observing both technical standards and the wishes of the owner of the future structure;
  • will carry out all the necessary calculations and help determine the cost of the project;
  • They will select the most acceptable version of the project, making adjustments to it. The complex will fit perfectly into the landscape of the site and become its decoration;
  • will carry out construction works on high level, strictly observing regulatory requirements.

The creation of a project for a bathhouse and a house under one roof is carried out in a team way. In such work, planners, designers, and construction engineers take part. Only this approach allows you to create competent projects that will pleasantly surprise you with their comfort and coziness for many years. Accurate drawings will allow you to quickly and efficiently and according to any requests. A professionally constructed complex will last for decades without losing its pristine beauty and functionality to the delight of all residents.

The first thing in construction is the foundation

At the time of construction of any structure, and especially a full-fledged complex, special attention should be paid to the foundation. All the reliability and longevity of future construction depends on it. When building a bathhouse and a house as a single complex, there are some features, since the steam room has high humidity. During such an event, the foundation of the house and the bathhouse is laid separately.

The parameters of the foundation itself depend on the design of the walls, the type building material, load bearing. During foundation work, it is worth thinking about future sewerage. All plans and calculations must be carried out before construction begins. A professionally created project takes into account all these nuances, allowing you to build a strong structure.

Walls are another element of construction

The principle of wall construction directly depends on the type of material. you need to remember about its shrinkage. If the bathhouse is attached to the main building, it is worth remembering the correct connection. The wrong approach will lead to the fact that over time the bathhouse will “move away” from the house and will not only look unsightly, but also create many problems. When building walls, it is also worth remembering the need for windows, because they are a source of light and comfort. It is also necessary to have windows. When installing walls, it is very important to know all the secrets. This will ensure the quality of work and the speed of construction progress.

The roof is a very important aspect

When creating a complex, the roof must be complete. Failure to comply with such requirements will lead to rapid destruction of the entire structure. It is necessary to create a roof project with great attention, since its surface will be large and it is necessary to provide for all the nuances. It is very important to calculate its height, correctly design the ebb and flow system and chimneys.

Bathroom insulation and interior work

Modern technologies make it possible to insulate a room efficiently and beautifully. Many builders use for such purposes mineral wool. This material is popular due to its properties:

  • resistant to fire. It is very important to create fire safety in the room;
  • environmentally friendly material that does not interact with high humidity;
  • affordable price;
  • easy installation.

Insulation protects the walls both inside and outside. This significantly reduces heat loss. Should only be used natural materials. As a rule, this is wood. Pine or oak are considered the best for such purposes, but other species are also suitable.

With the development of bathhouse culture and the advent of spacious rooms for relaxation indoors with a steam room, the idea of living in a bathhouse came up. This lifestyle will appeal to many Russian men, especially if the room is equipped with everything necessary: a small refrigerator and a sofa, and also has a water connection. However, living in spartan conditions is not very convenient for a respectable family man, which is why designs of houses with built-in baths are becoming increasingly popular.

Such houses satisfy all human household needs. They can have several bedrooms, a bathroom connected to the sewer, a garage, a living room, a kitchen, a wardrobe and look more like an ordinary residential building than a bathhouse. But the presence of a steam room and a sauna stove always gives the room additional attractiveness.

There is also another, more bachelor version of the bathhouse, where the main emphasis is on the integral attributes of the bathhouse (steam room, shower room, vestibule, relaxation room, billiard room and even a swimming pool) with a living room, which is more reminiscent of a studio apartment.

Such rooms can be made from traditional bathhouse materials - wood and timber, or from brick or even natural stone at the client's choice.

Double decker country house made from rounded logs it looks very cute and rustic. In addition, the house is equipped with an additional bonus - its own bathhouse.

On the ground floor of the building there is usually a steam room, a bathroom and a living room, which is combined with a kitchen. The second floor accommodates two cozy bedrooms different sizes which are connected by a common balcony and a small corridor.

A cute and spacious corner wooden cottage is a classic bachelor's retreat. Despite the apparent coziness and solidity of the building, the main emphasis in the house is on entertainment elements.

The house has a spacious terrace with a barbecue oven, a billiard room, a steam room with a swimming pool, an extensive wardrobe and only a little attention is paid directly to the living space. The owners of the house are invited to stay in a studio apartment with an area of just over 20 square meters, which will simultaneously combine a kitchen, bedroom, office and living room. There is also the possibility of creating an attic room on the second floor.

The first floor of a timber bathhouse with an attic is a classic version of a Russian bathhouse with a relaxation room, steam room and washing room.

However, if installed in a break room kitchen appliances, and use the room on the attic floor as a bedroom; it is quite possible to live in such a house permanently.

Ready-made project for a one-story residential building with a bathhouse (148.1 m2)

This project of a one-story residential building with a bathhouse differs from others in the material of construction and, accordingly, in its fundamental nature. Having built such a brick house on your site, you can count on it to delight you and your family with its comfort for many decades.

The house contains 3 bedrooms of different sizes, a kitchen, a wardrobe, a spacious living room and a terrace, one bathroom, as well as a furnace, steam room and washing room.

Ready-made project of a guest house with a bathhouse (229 m2)

If you have dreamed of your own fairy-tale house since childhood or are the parent of a dreamy child, this project is the ideal solution for you.

One house combines a bathhouse, a living space and a garage; in addition, there is a real dungeon (basement).

The house has a large terrace, common room, entrance hall, three bathrooms and three bedrooms, kitchen, steam room and additional recreation room.

This project is designed for living big family, and also suitable for a person who often invites guests.

Profiled timber is one of the most popular materials for making houses and baths today. Compact two-storey house with a sauna is ideal for a comfortable stay for a small family or one person.

Incredibly beautiful wooden house with a bathhouse and an attic, presented in this project, could not be designed in any other country in the world, since it has a native Russian exterior.

On the first main floor of the house there is a steam room, a bathroom, a living room and a spare room, which can serve as a separate kitchen, bedroom, office or workshop.

The staircase located in the living room leads to a spacious hall on the second, attic floor, on which there are two bedrooms of equal size and structure.

A two-story bathhouse made of laminated veneer lumber, which is painted in bright, attractive colors, is conventionally divided inside into two blocks: entertainment and residential.

This project represents one of the few houses with a bathhouse, which is more of a bathhouse than a house. Great emphasis in the project is placed on a spacious steam room, relaxation room and other premises necessary for a comfortable stay in the bathhouse.

The second floor consists of a recreation room and a billiard room, which are not separated by a clear boundary and seem more like one large entertainment room.

What Russian person doesn’t want to have a bathhouse on his property or in his house? And therefore, projects of private houses with a bathhouse are especially relevant; even in one-story houses, people want to provide for such an opportunity. But it is not always possible to place a bathhouse in the house, and not everyone has such a desire. The bathhouse itself can be an architectural masterpiece decorating a personal plot. We will consider this option using several examples.

The first bathhouse project has a fairly impressive area of 44 square meters. m and it would be more correct to call it a country holiday house. It is one-story, with dimensions of 6.9 by 6 m, divided into four rooms and a terrace. There are two doors on the terrace. The first door leads to a furnished recreation room, quite large in size 4.2 by 4.2 m. It can easily accommodate a sofa, two armchairs, between which you can put a table or a potty, whatever you need. exotic plant. Easy to stan in front of the sofa dinner table for 5-6 people. There is also space for instant cooking food. There is also room to put the TV. From the rest room, a door leads to the bedroom, which contains a bed, bedside table and clothes hangers. The second door from the terrace leads to the bathhouse itself, which consists of two rooms, a steam room and a washing room.

This project presents two layout options. The first option is divided into a rest room, which includes a small kitchen, corner sofa both the table and the bathhouse itself. The bathhouse, in turn, is divided into a dressing room, which has a shower, a bench and clothes hangers, and a sauna or steam room, as you prefer. In the second version of the house, more preference is given to relaxation than to the comfort of swimming. In addition to the rest room, there is also a bedroom that occupies part of the bathhouse area, and the bathhouse rooms themselves have become more compact. Both options feature a luxurious terrace that can easily accommodate a table for 6 people.

Another version of the bathhouse, which is not fundamentally different in layout from the previous options, is built on a columnar foundation. The load-bearing walls are made of timber, the partitions exposed to heat from the stove are made of solid brick. The roof is covered with bitumen shingles. The floors in all rooms are tiled, the flooring on the terrace is made of wood. External walls And interior walls rest rooms are varnished.

This bathhouse project is made from rounded logs, using Russian log house technology. The wood is stained to give the bath an aged look. This project fits perfectly into the landscape of the leafy village. The spacious terrace is decorated with flowers located on the railings, giving the feel of a bathhouse in the forest.

A log bathhouse consisting of a relaxation room with a window decorating the facade, next to which there is a table and four chairs. Along the opposite wall there is a refrigerator, a washstand, electric stove and a small cutting table. From the relaxation room, a door leads into a tiled room with two showers, and behind the next door is the heart of any bathhouse, a steam room in which an electric stove and two-level sun loungers are installed. The bathroom is located next to the terrace.

Bathhouses made of timber do not lose their relevance. These one-story structures are known for their compactness and coziness, they are very functional and allow you to feel truly at one with nature. Such a structure is in no way inferior to spatial baths made of logs, as well as steam baths made of brick and other suitable material.

One-story wooden baths are one of the best landscape decorations, even in limited space. In addition, the construction of such a bathhouse will never be carried out to the detriment of the construction of the main structure.

Usually during development standard project one-story bathhouse provide for the presence of three rooms: a steam room, a shower room and a relaxation room. Depending on the location of the premises, their dimensions and the size of the bath itself, there are different designs the most unexpected layout. The key feature of a one-story building is the presence of a landscaped terrace or veranda, which serves as an additional room for relaxation during the warm season. If the bathhouse has a closed porch, then it may well serve as an excellent room for relaxation during the cold season.

The budget (high cost) of the project is determined by the absence (presence) of a porch or veranda, although such buildings in no way affect the functionality of the bathhouse and are only additional buildings.

Firms providing project development and implementation services claim the popularity of one-story bathhouses with a terrace, that is, with an auxiliary recreation area in the spring and summer. The terrace is landscaped using wooden railings and gratings with balusters, and its dimensions make it possible to arrange such interior elements as wicker chairs and a table, shelves for bath accessories. All these pieces of furniture are responsible for a comfortable and complete rest in the bathhouse for lovers of fresh air and natural splendor after the steam room.

In addition, the design of a one-story bathhouse may also include the construction guest house. In this case, the room where guests will live will be located right on the same territory as the bathhouse. Such a structure is multi-tasking, and this fact often pleases customers. In this situation closed terrace or a veranda can easily be converted into a kitchen, and the recreation room turns into a full-fledged living space with furnished sleeping places and leisure areas. Those living in such a bathhouse do not feel disadvantaged in either coziness, comfort, or certainly functionality.

You can talk for a long time about what one-story bathhouses made of logs and logs are ready to be offered by manufacturers today, which can surprise, if not amaze, the customer, but it is better to see with your own eyes the projects of standard buildings and to order (with additional premises), and also draw conclusions yourself. So, welcome to the world of one-story log bathhouse projects!

Project one-story house with an area of 35.7 m², combined with a steam room (5.8 m²), it carries the functionality of a furnished residential space and a steam room complex. This is a very popular construction option, which is in high demand among owners working in the field of tourism services, since such a structure will allow clients not only to enjoy bath procedures, but also relax in the spacious lounge (10.3 m²).

Bath house made of logs 35.7 m² (Fig. 4)

The design of the bath house (Fig. 5) combines a relaxation room with a kitchen, where all the necessary attributes are present (stove, workplace, table). The spacious, landscaped terrace will be an ideal place for guests to relax in warm weather.

Bath house project (Fig. 5)

This version of a bath house is considered attractive not only for an ordinary summer resident, but also for a successful person. There are several reasons:

  • lack of stairs, which often “eat up” space;
  • a house that combines two buildings (a residential building and a bathhouse) allows you to save on construction costs separately standing house, which ultimately allows for more efficient use of the site area.

A visualization of the bathhouse is shown in Fig. 6, 7, 8, 9 (Visualization).

Option 2

A typical project for a combined bathhouse and residential building is a practical and inexpensive building with an area of 29.2 m². A spacious steam room (5.0 m²) is combined with a shower room of 3.7 m², capable of accommodating at least 4 people. When calculating the approximate area of the future building, it is necessary to take into account the minimum allowable footage for 1 person - at least 1 m². Based on this project, we conclude that this steam room can easily accommodate 4-5 people.

The one-story house successfully combines the functionality of a living space and a bathhouse: there is a spacious living room (11 m²) with a kitchen and sitting area, a separate bathroom, and a washing room (3.7 m²). The project provides for a vestibule and an open terrace.

Such a compact and visually attractive building will be a great place for a relaxing holiday with friends, or a place for pleasant solitude against the backdrop of nature.

Log bath house 40 m² (Fig. 28)

The key feature of the project is that the customer is given the right to choose the construction material (rounded logs or hand-cut wood). An aesthetic and moderately democratic building will fit perfectly into any landscape and will look good in any corner of the site. The dimensions of the bath house allow it to be placed even in limited space. The interior spaces are also well thought out: a living room with a kitchen (total area 10.5 m²), a large washroom with a separate bathroom, a spacious steam room (6 m²), a comfortable vestibule and a terrace (7.4 m²), where a large company can easily fit at a festive table .

Bath house project (Fig. 29)

Option 6

A steam room or bathhouse is the place without which a full-fledged Russian holiday is unthinkable. At all times, serious requirements were placed on such buildings: the bathhouse must be comfortable, spacious, maximally functional and made of wood. Thanks to rounded coniferous logs, the bathhouse will quickly warm up and bring aesthetic pleasure.

Bath house with an area of 41.2 m² (Fig. 34)

The design of the bathhouse provides only one floor and a clear division into zones: an open terrace ready to welcome guests into the house, a huge recreation room with an adjacent kitchen (14.8 m²), shower room (3.4 m²), steam room (4.5 m² ), an isolated bathroom and a small vestibule, from which the virtual acquaintance with the house begins.

Bath house project (Fig. 35)

Competent architecture and rational engineering solutions make it possible to fit a bath house into any personal plot, as well as build it near buildings of a wide variety of exteriors. Thanks to the treatment of logs with an antiseptic, the bathhouse will last for decades.

You can appreciate the attractiveness and sophistication of the structure from different angles by looking at Fig. 36, 37, 38, 39.

And all this was located on one floor in just a rectangle of 7.7 m by 5.4 m.

Bath house with an area of 41.6 m² (Fig. 46)

Restrained simplicity and conciseness, maximum functionality and amazing compactness - this bath house will become great solution for those who value quality and convenience above all. All this does not prevent the structure from harmoniously fitting into the design of the site.

A comfortable stay in a house built from coniferous wood is guaranteed.

You can appreciate the attractiveness and sophistication of the structure from different angles by looking at Fig. 48, 49, 50, 51.

Option 9

The style of this project carries with it original Russian traditions and culture, this can be seen both in the architecture and in the decoration of the facade and its individual elements.

Construction with gable roof divided into several main areas: a spacious living room (15.4 m²), successfully combining a kitchen and a relaxation area, a separate bathroom, a washing room (3.7 m²) and a steam room (3.7 m²), designed for simultaneous stay of 2 people. 3 people. Each room has its own window (there are two in the living room), so we can’t really talk about a lack of light.

Everything here is very well thought out and extremely convenient: a flight of stairs leads to a spacious open terrace (9.2 m²). The door on the terrace leads to the vestibule, from where you can enter the relaxation room. Its area (15.4 m²) allows it to accommodate a fairly large company.
